Parsley, an herb valued as an edible garnish, also blends well with other herbs, its clean, crisp taste working as a wonderful flavor base. There are 2 forms of parsley: moss-curled or triple-curled (often used as a garnish) and flat-leaf or Italian parsley (mainly used for flavoring). They’re both high in vitamins and quite attractive in containers and hanging baskets or planted throughout your garden. Parsley is easy to start from seed, and the bright green leaves can be snipped any time during the growing season, to be used fresh or dried!
