Q: Will I be able to check the status of my order online?
A: Yes! If you are looking for the status of an order that you placed online, you will be able to retrieve information about this order by visiting the Order Status page of our Web site. You will need to provide your last name and order number for our system to be able to pull up your order information. Click here to check the status of your order.

Q: What does "in stock and reserved" mean?
A: All products labeled "in stock and reserved" are in the last phase of processing. These products are being prepared for shipping and should leave our facility within two to three business days. However, please note that processing time may be extended during the busiest part of our spring and fall seasons.

Q: What does "ships now" mean?
A: If the item you ordered is not effected by which growing zone you are in, the item will be marked "ships now" to indicate that there will be no additional time lapse in shipping. Items that might carry this description are gardening tools, accessories, or seeds, etc.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: An order cannot be cancelled once it has been prepared for shipping. Returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. To cancel your order please contact customer service at 1-800-845-3369.
