There has never been a Begonia quite like Gryphon, but we're hoping many more will follow in its illustrious footsteps! This is a Begonia and a half, with long, thick, glossy leaves of deep green overlaid with silver, elegantly pointed and very lushly borne on a well-branched, big plant. It makes a huge impression wherever it is placed, and does as well indoors as out!
Gryphon is a plant to fall in love with, thanks to its over-the-top beauty. Expect it to billow out to about 24 to 30 inches high and wide -- an extraordinary size, and beautiful in every inch! It has a tropical cast that combines perfectly with the summer annuals outdoors, and it brightens the winter home magnificently.
This Begonia is free of pests and diseases, needs no pinching to grow quickly and well, and tolerates extreme weather from unseasonable heat to rain. Give it partial shade (or indirect bright light indoors) and it will flourish! Pack of 6 plants.
