The pure blue clumps are crowned with tan flowers in early summer.

Dense, Fine-Textured Foliage
US Plant Patent #23,307. Cultivar Name: 'Casca11'.

In a Genus already packed with orbs of fine blue foliage, 'Beyond Blue' takes the look to another level with some of the finest foliage and some of the most electrifying color of any grass! The fine-textured foliage is a rich powder blue that stays lovely all season and never "browns out".

Part of the Southern Living Plant Collection, this gorgeous ornamental is well-suited to the South, holding its lovely cool blue right through hot Zone 8 summers. 'Beyond Blue' also thrives higher north, being cold hardy up to Zone 4.

Fescue is known for its wonderfully tidy habit and its very low-maintenance habit. Once established it will flourish despite drought, heat, and poor soil. In the west it is actually better to plant 'Beyond Blue' in poor soil! Pest- and disease-resistant, it is truly carefree and long-lived! Just give it good drainage and some sunshine, and your work is done! 1 Quart container. Zones 4 to 8.
