Black-Eyed Susan Vine
A bushy but very manageable twining vine!
Bright blooms of yellow-to-orange, many with black eyes, against large, heart-shaped foliage.
Nothing evokes a country gate or rustic mailbox as cheerily as a twining Black-Eyed Susan Vine, with masses of blooms all summer and large, lush foliage. Managing to look very bushy but never getting out of hand, this vine is ideal for growing up through fences and gates, pillars and poles. Especially effective in containers, where its very full habit looks incredibly lush! The 1¼- to 1½-inch blooms arise very profusely, facing out from the vine. Petal color ranges from mid-yellow to deep orange, and many blooms feature the characteristic black eye.
Plant this annual in full sun. It grows rapidly, is trouble-free, and very robust, even in heat and humidity. You'll love it!

A Family Favorite
These vines never fail to bring a smile to your face. A little redirection or clipping keeps them from wandering about. They survived our horrid hot, dry summer here in TX last year w/o special attention, but once the weather cooled just a bit, they bloomed prolifically and dazzled the neighborhood!
