Celosia Chief Rose
Amazing Value!
Celosia is colorful over a very long summer season, and the dried flowerheads are magnificent in arrangements. It is unforgettable in the border or in a mass planting, where its utterly unique shape is eye-catching, and its dense flowerheads seem to glow with strong color.
Sow seeds directly into the ground when the soil warms in spring, or start indoors 4 weeks before last anticipated frost date. Best performance is in full sun and rich, well-drained soil, however, super-adaptable Celosia also thrives in poor, dry soil, tolerating excessive heat very well. Blooms last until frost!
Seed packets are overpacked by as much as 20%. Packet is normally 100 seeds.
