Coleus Under the Sea Gold Anemone
Unbelievable Tricolored Foliage!
Not only are the Under the Sea™ varieties completely distinctive in looks, they're compact and sun-tolerant, with good leaf substance. This is especially important if you are planting them in a partly sunny area -- Under the Sea™ won't burn or scorch! And they flower only very lightly, so you have less snipping to do at the height of the season!
Gold Anemone is one of the most incredible Under the Sea™ varieties, boasting 3 colors on every leaf! Like the others in the series, it stands about 15 to 18 inches tall and 12 to 16 inches wide. But unlike others, its leaves with their numerous little leaflets are golden to chartreuse at the center, with streaks of yellow to gold and chocolate-brown edges! Every leaf is different, and all are amazing.
Under the Sea™ was developed by Canadian college students as part of a school project, and a portion of the sales supports their program. If you like Gold Anemone, take a look at our other varieties Bone Fish and Langostino. Better yet, cut right to the chase and get the collection of all 3 varieties! Hardy only in zones 10-11, Coleus is grown as an annual everywhere.
