Columbine Clementine Mix
Great as cutflowers, but irresistible in the garden, hanging baskets, and windowboxes, too!
The flowers are just 1 to 1 1/2 inch wide, but they arise so heavily on these compact plants that you'll have plenty for cutting and for garden enjoyment, too. The butterflies love them, and they are so profuse that they simply spill over flowerpots and baskets, adding bright color to any setting. Give them full sunshine in the north, a bit of afternoon shade farther south and west, and you'll be knee-deep in color for many weeks in spring and early summer!
The plant is quite petite, just 12 to 18 inches high and wide, but so well-branched that it gives you more flowering stems than you'd expect. The foliage is attractive too -- dark green and toothy -- for a lush effect in garden or container.
This mix contains all 6 colors in the Clementine series, which can also be purchased individually: blue, deep purple, red, salmon rose, rose,, and white. Pkt is 15 seeds.
