This is one hardy plant, at least in our zone (central FL). It started out in a pot to spill over the top like a waterfall. The heat got to it, but what had trailed on the ground established itself and it wintered over beautifully. Love it so much I've ordered more. We'll let this stay as a ground cover in our garden
