Florist's Poppy
Add unusual texture, shape, and style to all your arrangements!
Easy to grow in full sun, Florist's Poppy can be sown direct in early spring. The plant reaches 3 to 4 feet tall, sporting lovely soft-lavender blooms in late spring. The seedpods arise in clusters, with a large central pod surrounded by several smaller ones--hence, the common name "Hens and Chickens."
To dry, simply cut the stem at the desired height, remove any foliage, and hang it upside-down in a well-ventilated, dry location. Pkt is 200 seeds.
