From late spring well into fall, masses of lavender-blue blooms (each 1/2- to 1-inch across) arise in big clusters on tough, vigorous plants. Unlike some Garden Pinks, 'Siberian Blues' won't melt out in the heat and humidity of summer. The rounded plants stay neat and compact, their blue-green foliage offering great contrast to the vibrant blue flowers. The perfect companion to pink Dianthus!
'Siberian Blues' blooms the first year from seed and is very long-lived. Sow seed in early summer for bloom the following spring. Best performance in sun and well-drained, gritty soil. Pkt is 50 seeds.
