This 12-55-6 fertilizer is all about phosphorous, the element that stimulates flowering in ornamental and vegetable plants. Phosphorous gets the blooms going, and the 10% chelated iron added to this formula ensures that the plant can keep up with them, by stimulating quick growth and the development of darker, nutrient-richer foliage. Add the nitrogen count of 12, the low potassium ratio of 6, and a wetting agent to help the formula adhere, and you've got a recipe for a long, generous season of flowers!
