'Peppermint Schnapps' is just 40 to 48 inches high and 24 to 36 inches wide, the perfect size for large containers as well as the sunny border, foundation, or accent planting. Very heavy blooming and with an upright, outwardly spreading habit, it covers itself in giant 8-10-inch, bubblegum-pink flowers that are merrily striped and streaked in dark purplish-red. The blooms look even larger than they really are against the rather petite shrub! And the show continues for many weeks in mid- to late summer, ending the season of glory in the sunny garden with tremendous fanfare!

Bred by the famous British nursery Blooms of Bressingham, 'Peppermint Schnapps' is easy to grow and very adaptable. Give it well-drained soil and plenty of sunshine and moisture, and it will thrive happily for many, many years. It puts up with heat, humidity, periods of drought, and poor soil without turning a petal.
