The plump green buds burst into bloom beginning at the base of the 5- to 6-foot stalks and working their way to the tip, giving you fresh blooms for weeks. Despite the exquisitely delicate look of the blooms, these cottage-garden mainstays are extremely tough, surviving even severe winters unfazed!
Easy to grow in full sun and almost any well-drained soil, this perennial blooms the second year from seed. Quite drought-tolerant. Growth is even faster with a top-dressing of cow manure! Pkt is 15 seeds. Zones 2-9.
