Flowers stretch 2 1/4 inches across!

Neat 10-inch plants are covered in blooms all season.
One of the most unusual and highly-admired colors in the Impatiens family is this heavenly lavender-blue. Each bloom is delicately marked with a rosy center and a haze of lighter lilac (almost white) at the base of each petal, adding to the effect of soft, deep color. What a fine way to carpet the shade garden with shimmering color!

Accent combines all the good qualities you expect from Impatiens: it's stronger, earlier and longer to bloom, and super-floriferous, with huge 2 1/4-inch blooms all over neat, low-growing 10-inch plants. One of America's absolute favorite Impatiens, it is versatile enough for beds, shady borders, and containers of all types.

Accent begins blooming in early spring in the semi- to fully-shaded garden or container, and keeps coming all the way to frost! In southern areas, it has been known to overwinter. Also a fine houseplant, it is not too fussy about soil and is generally carefree and long-lasting! Blooms tend to increase as the season progresses. Pkt is 30 seeds.

Accent Lavender Blue - great with Purple Palace
Laura from WI wrote (February 17, 2012):
This color looked great with the coral bells - Purple Palace. I'll buy it again! I don't think it looked at all like pink. A very nice shade of light purple/blue.
True. They're pink, not lavender-blue.

I agree with calif gardener. These didn't look like lavender or blue. But I did like the resulting pink! They were productive and grew like crazy in my self-watering window box.
Lavender Blue?
CALIF GARDENER from CA wrote (September 06, 2011):
My favorite color is lavender blue. There was nothing either lavender or blue in these flowers. Just ugly pink (my least favorite color is pink).
