Lemon Sorbet Collection
3 Shades of Sunshine!
Lemon Sorbet contains 3 varieties: Bidens Namid™ Yellow, Calibrachoa MiniFamous™ Tangerine, and Petunia Headliner™ Lemon. Together they form a planting about 17 to 19 inches high and up to 14 inches wide, great for a round container, a windowbox, or a hanging basket. (They work terrifically in the sunny annual bed, too, of course!) Here's more about each variety:
Bidens Namid™ Yellow - ('KLEBF0750') A mounding plant familiar to many as Stickseeds, this free-flowering annual is awash in bright yellow daisies from the first breath of hot summer weather until well into fall. Expect it to reach 8 to 10 inches high and anywhere from 14 to 24 inches wide -- the larger width is if you give it room to spread rather than mounding it tightly among the other varieties in the collection. Because it has a rather loose habit, it is nice when planted densely with others.
Calibrachoa MiniFamous™ Tangerine - Glowing gold with spidery orange veins, this is one of the most beautiful of the MiniFamous™ series. The large flowers begin early, self-clean, and stay late, giving you nonstop color on a semi-trailing habit 10 to 15 inches high and wide.
Petunia Headliner™ Lemon - Big flowers of creamy-white shade to buttery yellow at the center, creating a huge impact. They begin early and just keep coming on plants that are both compact and mounding to 6 to 8 inches high and 8 to 12 inches wide. Plenty of color in very little space!
