Red Zeppelin reaches about 4 inches in diameter, very hard with solidly packed rings of deep red enclosed in a tight skin. More amenable to environmental challenges than Red Bull, it delivers great yields every time -- blemish-free bulbs from vigorous, healthy plants. Resistant to pink root and fusarium basal rot, it's a great choice for beginning gardeners.
Its best feature, however, has got to be its storage ability. These onions last for up to 8 months after harvest, carrying you through winter AND spring without losing a bit of that spicy-sweet flavor! You will love these large, beautiful, absolutely delicious onions! Pack of 60.
