Quite compact at just 10 to 14 inches high, this vigorous plant spreads 18 to 24 inches wide, filling in containers and sunny beds beautifully. The deep green foliage stays low, completely hidden from mid-spring onward in bright blooms! 3D™ is so heat-tolerant that it may bloom all summer long in cooler climates!
And the flowers will simply delight you. They look like 2 blooms in one: a daisy with a pompon sitting in the center! The outer petals are a highly unusual, metallic platinum shade of silver, while the frizzle of inner, shorter petals sports muted lavender-purple tones. And 3D™ stays open all night, unlike most other Osteos!
The flowers are fantastic for cutting, lasting a long time in the vase, but they also look so great on the plant that it's hard to say goodbye to them! You'll just have to plant enough to get both!
