Our Guarantee

We guarantee all Park Seed products to be high quality, true to type, shipped properly, and to perform as advertised. If your plant has received our recommended care and doesn't perform to your satisfaction, notify us and we will replace it free of charge or provide the cost of the product as credit toward a future purchase.

If any product was damaged in shipping or dead upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours from receipt. Please keep all contents and packaging.

To ensure that each living product has adequate opportunity to perform, we've established the following guidelines for reporting other problems:

Plant Products.

  • Seed: Contact us within 6 months from date of receipt.
  • Spring blooming bulbs sold in Fall: Contact us by May 30th of the following year of receipt.
  • Roses, perennials, trees, shrubs and bulbs sold in Spring: 90 days from date of receipt.

Annual Plant Product Issues.

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your plants.

Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendation.

Non-Plant Products.

  • Tools and gardening accessories: Within the 60 days, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-845-3369 (or for local calls use 1-864-330-2004) for RMA.

*Returns on non-defective tools and gardening accessories will incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight.

  • All returns must include order #, customer's name and address.
  • Sale items will only be issued a merchandise credit for purchase price.
  • By placing an order you are accepting these terms.
  • Photos may be required on a situational basis.

Substitutions: If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standard of quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Charge cards are billed at time of shipment. Receipt of your check authorizes Park Seed to process an ACH debit entry to your account for the amount of your check. The transaction will appear on your bank statement. If we cannot post the transaction electronically, you authorize us to present an image copy of your check for payment. Hard goods ship promptly. Live plants are shipped at the proper planting time for your region. Please see our website for the current shipping schedule.

Typographical errors: Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur in printing. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
