Discover the Softer Side of Petunias!

Contains Opera Supreme Pink Morn and Raspberry Ice, Horizon Yellow, and Dolcissima Flambe and Fragolino.
Sometimes, in the rush to find the biggest, brightest, boldest spreading Petunia in the world, we lose sight of another type of beauty offered by this free-flowering annual: soft pastel tones. The petals of Petunias can be almost luminous when the sunlight shines through them from behind, and the varieties in this economical collection show the softer side of our favorite annual to great effect.

You'll receive 1 packet each of 5 varieties in this collection, each guaranteed to delight. Here is more about each type:

Opera Supreme - We offer 2 of the splendid varieties in this series, which was bred for dense, early flowering on mounded, trailing plants. Pink Morn was awarded an All-America Selection for its beautiful 2-inch blooms of pink with a white halo and yellow center. Raspberry Ice is the latest Opera Supreme color, a breathtaking fade from deepest raspberry to palest pink on every petal! And the Opera Supremes never need deadheading!

Horizon Yellow - A yellow Petunia is a rare enough thing, but this buttery-bright variety goes over the top with intense fade-proof color neatly edged in white. The big 2 1/2- to 3-inch flowers are terrifically rain-proof, springing right back after a good drenching instead of remaining closed and miserable like most others. And they just keep coming all summer on compact multiflora plants 12 inches high, 12 to 15 inches wide. But the best part? Horizon flowers just 5 weeks from sowing!

Dolcissima - We love 2 varieties in this flamboyant Italian series of multifloras. Flambe offers brilliant 3-inch blooms suffused with rose, lemon, and cream tones over white. It won the Fleuroselect Award in Europe. Its sister Fragolino sports ruffled blooms suffused with rich raspberry-pink, cranberry-red, and soft rose, with a dark red stripe down each petal. Both the Dolcissimas are neat and compact at 8 to 10 inches high and wide.
