Shipping Policies
Plants are shipped at the proper planting time for your hardiness zone. Regular shipping takes about 5 to 7 days after leaving our building. Express shipping may be available as a 2-day or overnight service. Seeds and accessory orders are shipped at time of order, or as soon as they become available. Credit cards are billed at time of shipment.

| Garden Fresh Express |
Annual plants marked as Garden Fresh Express (symbol shown at right) receive Express Shipping at no extra charge, so that your plants arrive in peak condition and ready to plant. Standard delivery rates apply &emdash; see Standard Shipping and Handling Chart above. Select the 'Ground' shipping option in your cart and the qualifying plants will be automatically upgraded when your order ships.

| Restrictions & Quarantines |
| Due to state quarantines, we may be unable to ship certain varieties of plant and bulb material to some states. These restrictions are issued by individual State Agricultural Departments and not by Park. Individual state quarantines and restrictions are noted in the product description for each product.
To make your shopping experience more enjoyable, please log in or enter your US postal zip code into our Zip-to-Zone calculator. This enables us to flag restricted items in your shopping cart so that you know immediately that these items are not available for shipping. Otherwise, restricted items will be noted and removed from your order during checkout. Shipping to Areas Outside the Contiguous 48 States We can ship plants and bulbs to Alaska, Guam, and Virgin Islands at your own risk, as well as bulbs (but not plants) to Hawaii at your own risk. We are unable to ship plants, bulbs, or peat products to Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship plants, bulbs, supplies and some seed varieties to Canada. We are unable to ship to APO & FPO addresses. If you have items in your cart that cannot be sent to your shipping address, these items will be noted and removed from your order during the checkout process. |
Please note: All plants, bulbs, and supplies must be shipped by air to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands. An additional charge for air freight may apply.

For Seeds Only, enter either “PKT” to indicate packet size, or the weight desired – for example ½ lb. – in the “Size” column. In the “Qty” column, enter the number of packets of that size, or the quantity of bulbs, plants or garden supplies you want. For collections, enter the number of collections, not the number of items in the collection. |
