Jaio Scarlet Eye blooms continuously all summer, through the worst weather Mother Nature has to offer. The blooms are about 2 inches across, flanked by long, pointed, glossy leaves of deep green. Showy and stylish!
The plant reaches a foot high and wide, making it equally well suited for container or garden growth. The habit never gets leggy, and the plants are very uniform in size, so this would be lovely choice to edge the baking-hot driveway, weave along the front of the sunny bed or border, or set in matching pots at an entryway. It blooms just 10 weeks after sowing, so you can expect a very long season of color!
