Cabbage Seeds

From egg rolls to sauerkraut, they're perfect!

Cabbage is a cool-season vegetable high in nutrients, low in calories, and very tolerant of frost. It's used in many of the world's cuisines, and some varieties are ideal as ornamental annual plants. There are a range of colors, head shapes, and flavors from which to choose, so you're sure to find a favorite among the many, from large-headed late cabbages, which usually store well and are great for cooking, to savoy and conical types, which are more tender, to Chinese cabbage, which is heat tolerant and delicious cooked or raw!
