No garden is complete without the dazzling blooms and vining habit of a Clematis! Whether you choose a container or the sunny border, a vertical structure for climbing or a horizontal expanse for meandering, Clematis is an incredible presence in the landscape and 'Pink Flamingo' is no exception!

This robust vine produces pink nodding blooms that resemble hanging lanterns. Its baby pink color is broken only by rich magenta veins that flow down each delicate, down-turned petal. These subtle blooms contrast beautifully against the green vining foliage. These blushing blooms appear in spring from April through May and often again in summer where they'll pair nicely with fluffy white seed heads.

Once you get that first-year trim out of the way, keeping this woody climber looking its best and blooming like crazy is simple! A few minutes once a year will yield you armloads of flowers for many seasons, and you will continue to find new uses for this clematis, from hiding an unsightly fence to decorating your most formal garden art! Add this soft pink vine to your garden for some vertical interest that you will simply swoon over.
