40 days for baby veggies; 56 for mature. Poquito is a round to oblong little zucchini that looks exactly like a baby watermelon! Merrily striped in light green, these 3-inch zukes are great as baby veggies, or you can let them mature and grow into full-size squash. Either way, they are succulent and delicious!
