Spineless, early maturing, and very heavy yielding.

Get those recipes out and prepare to share the bounty with less fortunate neighbors and friends!

Contender is spineless and has an open habit that makes harvsting much easier. Everything about this zucchini is superb, deserving of a central place in your vegetable garden! Pkt is 20 seeds.

These zucchini produce a lot, and taste great. We get some out of the garden every day.

Best Zuchinni

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

The 43 day grow-out is very useful. I direct sow them in mid-late June, and eat squash by August 1st. The benefit of this is that I never have any squash bugs! It seems that if the bugs come through in May and early June and they don't find any host plants, they move on.

These plants were hardy from the get-go, sewn directly in the ground in zone 7 on 4/16/12 and harvested on 6/5/12 (49 days). No pest issues and produced large, beautiful, flavorful zuchinni's!
