Description / Nano™ Pink Geranium Seeds

Nanotechnology seems to be everywhere today, making electronic components smaller and smaller—so why not use the name for Nano™ Pink Geranium Seeds (Pelargonium). The Nano™ series offers petite foliage and short (5 to 12 inches) plants, but the same big, rounded, bright blooms you expect of full-size Geraniums. Equally suited to indoor or outdoor culture, this is the new wave of Geranium growing.

The Nano™ Pink Geranium get their diminutive size from short internodes and leaf stems, which keep the foliage tight, bushy, and small. But the flowers arise full-size on sturdy stems. And Nano™ Pink Geranium won't stretch or get scraggly, even during winter indoors.

Grow Nano™ Pink Geranium in good garden soil or a container. If using a container, let the plant become a bit potbound, and allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Nano™ Pink Geranium will repay you with months of color.

Really Love These 0 people found this helpful

I have been growing these Nano Pink Geraniums successfully for the past four years now and I am always so pleased with them. Them bloom for so long and they seem just a little more deer resistant than other geraniums I grow.

Definitely a Winner 0 people found this helpful

These absolutely thrived in my garden in Colorado. They are super bloomers and require very little care. They are very drought hardy and I only had to dead head 2-3 times the whole season. They were absolutely covered in bright blooms for months. I'll definitely be growing these again.

Great houseplant 1 people found this helpful

    Rating

I love this little plant. In only 3-4 months from planting seed, I have a blooming houseplant. It’s only 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide and has several more blooms forming. Germination was excellent. My advice: do not use a heat mat. They prefer temps around 70-72 and need soil to be very moist until 1st true leaves develop. After that, let them dry slightly between watering. They like to be potbound. Manufacturer recommends calcium fertilizer and no ammonium nitrogen sources. I just crushed up a few egg shells and mixed them in with my soil and fertilize with fish emulsion. I can not say enough positive things about these plants!!

Beautiful Blooms 0 people found this helpful

I started 10 seeds in early spring inside. I resulted with 5 hardy plants that I moved outside early May. They are in pots and covered with beautiful salmon colored blooms. I will surely try the seeds again next winter.

Nano Geranium 0 people found this helpful

    Rating

The Nano/Dwarf/Small/Mini Geranium grows just as they list it. The Geranium is easy to care for indoors and out and blooms almost all the time when in sun. They plant up well in Bonsai pots too.
