Huge blooms and lasts all summer
Nancy, a fairly inexperienced gardener from TN wrote on January 25, 2018

These took a while to get started, so certainly I would start them inside in late winter, but I was very pleased with how they turned out. Huge blooms and they bloomed all summer, even through our humid Tennessee periods. Driving rain, problem. I was shocked at how tall they ended up being, so plan for them to be towards the back and have shorter flowers planted in front. You will like these.

Great for a tropical garden

I ordered these seeds. The mix of orange and yellow. Out of the 7 different kinds of seeds I ordered, these are the only ones that sprouted and bloom. They have nice, beautiful, large blooms that lasts for weeks. P.S. they are planted in my garden here in Philippines. My friend from SF, received the packet and send to me here.

True Flower Power
God's Gardening Gal from IL wrote on January 22, 2012

These plants truly boast an abundance of huge blossoms! They measure 4 - 5 inches across and are nice and fully round, packed with many ruffled petals. Everyone who sees them are in awe at how huge the flowers are for a marigold. I, too, have found I have needed to stake some of the plants as they are so full of heavy bolloms they have broken some stalks from the weight. Excellent and reliable preformer!

Whopper Marigold Yellow

I have planted these in the arid Utah climate for years and they've always been hardy and bright, rich, in color. They are so hardy I have stake them to keep them from tipping. An excellent reliable flower!
