Petal Pushers™ Groundcover Rose

Petal Pushers™ Groundcover Rose

Packed with petals, these long-stemmed roses are superb for cutting.

Just 3 feet tall and 4 feet wide, this groundcover rose makes up in bloom strength what it lacks in size! From early summer until mid-fall, it is covered with large, lightly fragrant clusters of blooms, each as lovely as the most pampered hybrid tea!

Fully double, 2½ to 3 inches wide, and boasting a petal count of about 40, the bubblegum-bright pink blooms appear in large sprays, arching outward on 12- to 14-inch stems from the compact, dense habit of this shrub rose. And the glossy, dark green foliage keeps it attractive even when it's not in bloom.

Long-lasting, they begin a few weeks later than many roses, then continue well beyond summer. Petal Pushers™ may be one of the last roses blooming in the fall garden!

Ideal for small-space gardens, hedges, the front of the foundation, or containers, this rose is easy to grow and very heavy-blooming. Make it one of the workhorses of your rose garden, and you will be amazed at its bloom strength.

Plant in moist, well-drained soil in full sun. Var: 'JACloose' (PP#19,484). Zones 5-10.
