Rosemary Seeds

Pine-scented edible ornamental

Rosemary is popular for its value in both the garden and the kitchen. This small, perennial, evergreen shrub (there are also trailing groundcover varieties) is very fragrant, imparting a pine-like aroma and flavor to meats, punches, jellies, and many other dishes. Rosemary grows well in containers, and is often brought indoors during the winter, both to protect it from the weather and to enjoy its attractive foliage and refreshing fragrance. The narrow green leaves are topped with white, pink, purple, or blue edible blooms in spring.
