Snowtopia® Bacopa Seeds (P) Pkt of 10 seeds

(P) Pkt of 10 seeds
Item #51051-PK-P1

Content in sun or shade, it flowers most heavily during cool weather

Everyone loves Bacopa, the flower happy trailing plant that blooms profusely in spring and fall and even intermittently through summer. It thrives in sun or shade, seems untroubled by pests and diseases, and has tireless bloom strength. And until now, they've only been available as plants. Welcome to Snowtopia.

We've made the growing extra easy with these pelleted seeds, which bundle the very fine seed into a manageable size for easier handling. Just drop one pelleted seed into each sponge of your Bio Dome or sow into a seed flat, and before you know it, you'll be transplanting the seedlings. And Snowtopia needs no pinching to branch nicely and grow like crazy.

If you are new to Bacopas, you will fall in love with these abundant white blooms. They like cool weather best, but even during the punishing heat and humidity of our South Carolina summers, they continue doggedly, then really flourish again in fall after a trim. Try them among brilliant red Park's Whopper Petunia for an unbelievable spring-through-fall show. Polish up your favorite baskets and clean out your window boxes—Snowtopia is on the way.

This plant is grown as an annual almost everywhere, but it is a tender perennial, hardy in zones 9-10. If you live in these regions, cut it back in late fall and it will return for you the following spring. Pretty good deal from a pack of seeds costing just pennies a piece.

This seed comes as a "pellet". "Pelleted" seeds are small seeds that have been clay-coated to make them larger and more uniform in size and shape, making them easier to handle when planting.

Great to cover ground in front of plant beds

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

Easy to germinate, but takes some time. I love that Parks offers non gmo seed! I intersperse these plants here and there in my garden to cover some bare ground. They are a pleasure to plant in, bloom for a long time, and are very pretty and delicate looking, but fairly tough too. I’m in zone 6 and I gave a couple of plants to a neighbor gardener who’d said they came back the next year! I had one come back also one year despite being out of zone for this annual. You might grow to love this plant. Just be sure to give decent moisture when starting indoors and bottom water. Also, I start these early-around beginning of 2nd week in March for my zone..Happy gardening to all!

Easy to grow

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

I've grown these seeds for 4 years now and they are the easiest to grow of any seeds I've tried. I use Root Riot plugs and every seed has come up every year. They take a fair amount of water to keep them in bloom. Do not plant them with flowers like Calibrachoa as they will rot with that much water.
