A freely flowering shrub from Bloomin' Easy®, Weigela Peach Kisses™ is a deciduous shrub offering 3 seasons of interest, setting showy peachy pink flowers from late spring through fall. Borne in clusters on gracefully arching branches dense with healthy green foliage, the bright, tubular, nectar-rich flowers sustain bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
A freely branching woody ornamental shrub, Peach Kisses has a dense, compact habit and rapid growth rate. It is an excellent specimen in garden or container but is shown to best effect when grouped or massed in beds, borders, and landscapes. And it's a natural for pollinator gardens.
Cold hardy, easy to grow, and low maintenance, weigela grows best in sunny to partly shady locations with average, medium moist, well-drained soil, but best flowering is in full sun. Prune immediately after flowering desired to maintain shape and size. The plant is deer resistant.
