Each panel of these sturdy cages is 14½ inches wide, but you can choose between panels that are 39 inches tall or 48 inches tall. Each "leg" of the pen ends in a tapered point, so they are easy to use. Simply sink the tapered points up to 6 inches deep in the soil around the young plant. No other support is needed. As the plant grows, it will lean onto the sturdy sides, supporting its big bounty of vegetables.
