Description

Indeterminate plants are resistant to verticillium wilt and fusarium wilt race

Days to Maturity: 65 from transplant

Indeterminate

With extra sweetness and better disease fighting ability than the beloved classic, Sweet 100, Supersweet 100 is a rare treat that is also one of the most nutritious tomatoes available anywhere.

With the same great flavor that made its predecessor a standard garden favorite for many years, Supersweet 100 also has a higher vitamin C content than any other tomato. The bright red, 1-inch globes are amazingly sweet, and arise prolifically on indeterminate plants resistant to verticillium wilt and fusarium wilt race 1.

Start seeds indoors 5 to 6 weeks before the last frost date. Plant outdoors when danger of frost is past and night temperatures consistently remain above 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If an unexpected late frost is forecasted, protect young plants with plastic sheeting or other cover. Set plants 2 to 2½ feet apart.

Grandkids love to pick these and eat them in the garden. We put them on the grill with seasoning to preserve for the winter. Taste outstanding on pasta in February. Just a little bit of summer stored in our freezer.
