Little Henry® Sweetspire

Item #27287

Colorful and fragrant, season after season

The scented blooms give way to lovely crimson fall foliage.

Every season brings new beauty to this dwarf Little Henry® Sweetspire (Itea). In spring, the new green leaves unfurl, topped with arching sprays of 4-inch white blooms—marvelously fragrant—as spring turns to summer. And when autumn arrives, the foliage burns bright crimson for weeks.

Just 2 to 3 feet high and 3 feet wide, this carefree native sun-lover is free of pests and diseases, and even tolerates drought once established in the garden. It makes a fine groundcover, looks terrific in containers, and adds ever-changing color and scent to the border.
