Almost all of the V. Large seeds have germinated. (Inside- within a week/week and a half of planting) Plants are growing large fast. I did not soak the seeds.

Grow easily, will cover a chain link fence beautifully! Plant them next to a gutter, tie on and around with a piece of thin cotton string to help them along and watch them grow! THEY WILL TAKE OFF! I have planted in Alabama and Florida and they are hardy and will produce lots of seed pods for you to harvest and replant next year and also to share with friends. Mine seem to love full sun and I enjoy planting them every year!

I planted these on a gutter on my back porch and they went up the gutter... then they started twining around each other and started covering the screen on the porch. They provided lots of shade from the sun and are GORGEOUS! I've planted them for about 5 years now and will continue to do so. LOVE them on a chain link or privacy fence. HIGHLY recommend in zone 8!

Clipped and soaked - WOW
plumloved from NY wrote on April 17, 2018

I clipped the tips with a nail clipper and soaked for 24 hours, the plants were already bursting from the seeds, in about 2 days I already had activity, most if not all seeds germinated. We're going to have a LOT of moon flowers this year!

Fast, complete germination

I can't believe how fast my vine seeds sprouted and have started to grow. All of my seeds from Parks have sprouted. I've tried seeds from other sources with poor results. Success really does start with the seed. I planted the Moon Flower vine with Morning Glory Split Second for flowers day and night.
