All-America Selections (AAS) Winner 2021

An award winner, this early-fruiting Pot-a-Peño Pepper (jalapeño) is highly decorative. The colorful green and red peppers hang gracefully beneath an attractive canopy of dark green foliage, so Pot-a-Peño Peppers are easy to harvest. The compact, mounding habit is sized to fit in almost any small garden space or in a pot on a patio or in a hanging basket, where Pot-a-Peño Peppers will elegantly cascade over the edges. The green jalapeños are spicy but become slightly sweet and spicy as they ripen and turn red.

Fast Germination

This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars

Wow, amazed! Trying these in a Krakty setup using a mason jar. After only 5 days, already have germination! Much faster than seeds I've bought from other sites. Super impressed...

Jalapenos that are Great When Ripe

This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars

These germinate well and produce a good amount of peppers. They are on the lower end of the heat scale. About 2,500-3,000 SHU if you let them ripen. Green, they have almost no heat, or taste. Red they are very fruity. A very nice taste. When ripe, the heat will creep up on you and linger. A really nice lower-level burn.
